This stunning property is fully air-conditioned and boasts a spacious living/dining area that comfortably seats eight. There are four bedrooms, including three on the lower level and one on the second floor. Catering and event planning services are also available.

 

Located just seven minutes by car from Lynden Pindling International Airport and Odyssey Aviation, Sunsational House is conveniently located near a large grocery store, gas station, bank, shops, and restaurants. Enjoy dining at nearby restaurants or explore the Bahamar Resort just 15 minutes away by car or Atlantis Resort just 40 minutes away.

 

Sunsational House offers plenty of outdoor space, including an outdoor dining area with BBQ that seats six, two additional outdoor seating areas, and eight lounge chairs for sunbathing. There's even a small roller coaster for kids, beach toys, floats, and a hammock. Daily housekeeping is included, and the property groundskeeper will meet you at the airport to direct you to the house. Car rental is recommended, but taxis are available at the airport. Additional beds, a high chair, and other amenities are available upon request.
